Ask8 Centre for Skills Development in collaboration with Kumi Local Government has organized a meeting with prominent parents in Kumi Municipality on Saturday, 28th May, 2022 from 9:00 to 11:00am at ASK8 Centre Main Hall in Maroon Quarters, Ongino Road, Kumi District.
The objective of this meeting is to engage parents in a dialogue to reflect diversity of the new training centre, to provide parents with an update about the various activities undertaken at the centre, and specifically, to build a foundation for long-term relationship and involvement.
This letter is therefore, to invite you as one of our parents in Kumi Municipality for 2 hours, to know about various aspects of the ASK8 Centre for Skills Development; beginning with the ASK8’s vision and values, our brand of an effective and engaging curriculum, and the numerous vibrant co-curricular activities that will be offered to the students and many others. The meeting will also address issues such as; the time to be spent at school, understanding the curriculum, the importance of technical education in Teso region, encouraging women to join skills, among other things.
